The Small Business IT Consultant (SBITC) is available on your schedule to join you in your office to discuss your short or long-term needs.

Our first consultation is FREE!

This meeting will be of your choosing - you set the day and time to mimimize any disruption in your office routine.

After the initial discussion and you wish to engage our services, we will setup a meeting with your management personnel to discuss your needs in greater detail.

Generally, this meeting can be accomplished in from 15 minutes to one hour, unless there is significant complexity in your desired objectives. In that situation, additional meetings may be required.

Larger Projects:

The SOW consists of the following components:

Any assumptions or constraints that apply.

Detailed definition of the task(s).

SBITC team members who will participate in the project and their rate.

Schedule for development, customer testing and delivery.

Payment schedule.

Customer's acceptance and authorization.

SBITC will provide a weekly status report detailing progress on the project including status of project development, any schedule slippages (and the reasons why), and any deviations from estimated costs.
